Agreement to These Terms
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Purchase in addition to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Warranty. Please read them — plain-English versions follow every heading.
Orders and Acceptance
When a Contract Exists
Orders are offers to buy. A binding contract is formed when we ship your item or send a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.
Price Corrections
If an item was listed at an incorrect price — a typo happens to the best of us — we will contact you before shipping so you can confirm or cancel with a full refund.
Product Information
We take care to display colors, finishes and details accurately, but screen calibration varies between devices. Minor differences between the image and the physical item are not considered defects.
Payment Terms
Accepted Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and widely used digital wallets through secure, PCI-compliant processors. All prices are shown in USD.
Payment Security
Full card numbers are never stored on our servers. Declined, reversed or chargeback-disputed payments may result in order cancellation until the matter is resolved.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping jurisdiction and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Pricing, Discounts and Promotions
Discount Codes
- Promotional codes, including sitewide events offering up to 70% OFF, cannot be combined unless expressly stated
- Codes apply to merchandise value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- We may modify or end any promotion, and reserve the right to limit quantities per customer
Sale and Final Sale Items
Items marked final sale at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by law or when defective.
Invoices and Receipts
Email Receipt
Every order receives an itemized receipt by email at the time of purchase. Missing it? Request a duplicate through our Contact page any time.
Commercial Invoices
If you need an invoice for business expenses, reimbursement or customs, tell us your requirements through our Contact page with your order number and we will issue one promptly.
Tax Documentation
We provide receipts as proof of purchase. Receipts associated with our charity-giving program do not constitute a charitable donation deduction for the purchaser unless separately stated.
Custom and Personalized Products
Your Artwork, Your Responsibility
By uploading images or text for a personalized case, you confirm that you own or have the right to use that content, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may decline orders featuring infringing, hateful or unlawful content.
Made to Order
Personalized items are produced specifically for you based on the preview you approve. Slight variations between the on-screen preview and the printed product are normal. Custom items may only be returned if defective or incorrect.
Subscriptions and Membership Club
How the Club Works
Optional membership programs deliver a new case on a recurring schedule at a member discount, with early access to new drops.
Billing and Cancellation
Membership fees recur automatically until cancelled. You may skip or cancel any time from your account settings or through our Contact page; cancellation stops future shipments, and any fully prepaid unshipped period is refunded pro-rata.
Minimum Terms
Where a program includes an initial commitment term, it will be clearly disclosed before you join.
Shipping Risk and Title
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier's final delivery point at your address. Until then, lost or damaged packages are our problem to solve — see our Shipping Policy.
Device Disclaimer
Our cases are drop-tested to published standards, but no accessory can guarantee protection in every impact. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any device manufacturer. Device trademarks are referenced only to describe compatibility.
Returns and Refunds
Governed by our 60-day Refund Policy. Where these terms conflict with the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy prevails for consumer returns.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and by applicable US federal law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, payment processing or our business. The version in effect is the one posted when you order.
